THE FFMAC TEAM FRAMEWORK PRINCIPLES
Your training partner helps you, encourages you, and will respect you, if you work together.
For a long time people regarded martial arts as an individual sporting pursuit. Today we realise that training partners are important and each student within the school has a significant role to play in the training experience. As an individual you may progress fast, as a group you will progress further.
Whether it's our team of instructors, team of performers, or team of competitors, the right set of framework principles ensures that everyone performs to their very best potential and has the most fun possible. Because even though all students train hard and work hard, they must also enjoy what they are doing and see the benefits of working together as a team.

THE TEAMWORK PRINCIPLES AT FFMAC.
The 5 core principles our Fighting Fit Martial Arts Centre team work to are;
1. OBJECTIVES
We set clear objectives understood by all students and everyone in the team.
2. TRUST
We trust each student and team member to conduct their duties professionally.
3. FEEDBACK
We provide constant constructive feedback at each stage of training.
4. REVIEW
We review and adjust training programs to provide a consistent and high quality service to our students.
5. CELEBRATE
We celebrate the success of our team members and the students.
